Joe Jack’s Fish Shack Hot Summer Nights

Now at Joe Jack’s Fish Shack You Can Use Your Joe Bucks For Your Hot Summer Nights
All summer you can use your Joe Bucks at the usual time of noon-6:00 and now also after 9:30.
When you go to Joe Jack’s Fish Shack and spend more than 250 pesos, you receive Joe Bucks worth 50 pesos toward your next visit between those times.
“Yeah, save ‘em up and treat yourself to lunch or a late supper on me”, said Joe. “Unfortunately, they don’t count toward to-go orders, but anything else goes. We’re just trying to reward some of our later diners as well. So come early for a lazy leisurely lunch or late to get the party started with some mojitos.”

2X1 Mojitos from 12-7 everyday and again they are re-inventing the wheel with flavored mojitos that include strawberry, ginger, pineapple, mango and any other fresh fruit they can get their hands on. I was in the other night and tried them all, and I have to say, “Wow”!
The care and quality they put into every hand squeezed, muddled and shaken drink is a marvel.

Old Fashioned Friday Fish Fry
Continuing for the season is the Friday Fish Fry, his all you can eat fish and chips with all the trimmings for only 150 pesos. For early birds and late night party animals using Joe Bucks it’s even more of a deal.

In addition to the fish fry he will be serving his complete menu of simply prepared Mexican inspired seafood, grilled meats, and the season’s freshest produce. You need to stop and try some of the inspired specials Joe is doing as well. If you’ve always wanted to try ceviche but were, well, apprehensive; try it here where their high standards and kitchen are wide open.

Who, What, Where is Joe Jack’s Fish Shack?
Joe Jack arrived in Puerto Vallarta in the fall of 2005. Joe left Luna Park, his two phenomenally successful restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles, where he was the chef and co-owner. Joe has followed his dream of living in Mexico where he opened Joe Jack’s Fish Shack with a cozy bar and restaurant on the main floor and a beautiful open air terrace on the upstairs deck.

After coming here on a little vacation and touring the fish markets he discovered the affordability of having a high quality inexpensive “fish shack.”

“Something that is almost cost prohibitive in California these days,” he said.

At Joe Jack’s Fish Shack you can find the freshest local fish the market has on any given day as well as some of the “greatest hits” from his Luna Park restaurants, including the award winning mojitos and other inventive and refreshing cocktails.
